Merchandise Alert:  Without a liquor license, retail outlets are prohibited from
selling or even displaying alcohol, such as in Jim Beam decanters.  Violation carries
a no-questions-asked $10,000 fine and shutdown of the business -- which has in the
past occurred in this industry!  Therefore, please remove or empty any such containers
that may exist in your space/showcase ASAP.

COMING SOON!    At the end of June Midway will have a Jewelry Repair
      Station
onsite. This will benefit customers and MAM Dealers, who will receive a special
discount.  Marayah (pronounced Ma-rye-uh, like the singer) will do stone and pearl
replacement, link repair, restringing necklaces and bracelets, touch-up painting, light
soldering and polish, and just about anything else in the way of jewelry repair.

Dealer Workday Booth success story:  Debbie Ellison, dealer with a medium-size
showcase, recently sold a wooden Art Deco dog statue from the workday booth
for $ 975.  It had been for sale less than two weeks and it cost Debbie four hours of
       work time.

LOTTERY:  Next drawing on July 5.  Entry cut-off end of business day
                                 on Wed., July 2.

Most Recent Lottery Results:  $23 was won in the June 21 drawing, and 23
tickets have been purchased for the June 25 interim drawing of 19+ million.
Nine dollars won in the June 25 interim drawing have been applied to the June 28
second interim drawing of $21 million.

Further Amendment to Lottery Pool Guidelines:  So that we do not miss out on
interim drawings by returning small amounts to participants, cash winnings of less than $50
per drawing will not be disbursed back to the entrants but will be used to play the following
(interim) week's game(s).  Thus, the exact same pool of dealers will play the interim week and
they all get a second (and sometimes third) drawing for their $5 ticket, and pools will not be
intermingled.  Winnings of $50 or more will be returned to pool entrants (i.e., $55 for 19
dealers), will be equally divided, and no interim game will then be played.  This will mean
that we will likely be entering drawings every week instead of every other week.  Winnings
from the final interim game, no matter how small, will be disbursed to pool entrants before
the next regularly scheduled drawing occurs so that a fresh pool enters the regular drawing.

For each Lottery Pool participant, your share is in your file in a brown envelope.
Please keep the envelope there for future disbursements.  (Think positive!)

The Workday Booth is now available to Dealers.  Work shifts required
in exchange for placing items in this booth are determined by the
value of the item and range from 2 to 4 hours per month.  See management
      for details.

Midway's web site is available via midwayantiquemall.com as well as .net; both
will remain active and lead to the same site.

              MORE IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Please take the time to review your Dealer Agreement to refresh your knowledge of
Midway's policies and procedures, with emphasis on the following:

Keep your floor space area uncluttered!  We now have everything from
dishes to books sitting on the floor.  It adds up to a messy impression and, per
your Dealer Agreement, exposes you to legal liability in the event of a customer
(or mall employee) injury within your space.  Wheelchair access is also hampered.
This applies as well to cumbersome objects placed above average level of reach.
Many shoppers will not even attempt to enter a messy booth.  We will soon be
citing the worst of the cluttered spaces and requiring a Spring clean-up.

Include your complete Dealer number -- including initials! -- on all price tags.
Sales are being misdirected as a result of cashiers having to look up or even guess at
Dealer number/initial combinations, which delays customer check-out and, of course,
deprives you of sales.  Our steady increase in sales volume requires that we be as efficient
as possible at the front counter.

Please do not ask or expect the cashiers to perform favors that result in
deviations from Midway's customer and dealer discount policies.

We are firm on the $100 minimum for customer discounts ($50 for Dealers).  You may give
better discounts to customers on your own items, but you must be present to do so.  Asking
one or more of the cashiers to automatically discount your items jeopardizes their jobs and
              may result
in the rent reduction program being rescinded.
